One connected outreach-tool workspace (HeyReach, Aimfox, SmartLead, Instantly, or Lemlist) — typically one client. Connect it with that client’s API key and every conversation from their campaigns flows into your DonDelay inbox.
Do I need my clients’ account passwords?
No. DonDelay never touches LinkedIn or your email tool directly — it connects through each client’s existing outreach-tool workspace (HeyReach, Aimfox, SmartLead, Instantly, or Lemlist) with an API key. No new sessions, no shared passwords, no added account risk.
Is the trial really free?
Yes — 14 days, full features, no payment method required to start. Your workspace works the moment you sign up.
What happens when I outgrow my plan’s workspaces?
Add workspaces to Agency at $19/month each or to Scale at $15/month each — or upgrade tiers. Nothing is cut off; you choose when to change.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account settings or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and annual plans get a full refund within 14 days of first payment. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
How does founder pricing work?
