Delete your account

What deletion does

• If you are the account owner: your entire DonDelay workspace is deleted — every team member, all connected client workspaces, conversations, messages, connected provider keys, and billing records. Any active subscription is cancelled immediately so you are not charged again.
• If you are a team member: only your own access is removed. The workspace and its data stay with the owner.
• Data is removed from our live systems right away. Encrypted backups age out within 35 days, after which nothing remains.

Prefer to delete from your phone? You can also do this in the DonDelay app under Settings → Delete account. To request deletion by email instead, write to [email protected] from your account address.
